For the fifth time, Madrid is hosting Millesime, with a spectacular setup at the Casa de Campo. La Pipa will make room for the crème de la crème in Spanish and international cuisine, including chefs like Paco Roncero, Fernando Canales and Paco Pérez. For three days, 19 – 21 of October, this gastronomic event will bring some of today’s most celebrated chefs to the capital city of Madrid.
